Addiction is the primary cause of concern in many states in India today. We see many young kids and adults falling into the trap of addiction. There are different types of addiction, but these are broadly divided into two categories.

There are majorly two types of addiction: substance addiction and the other is behavioral addiction.
Substance addiction
Substance addiction is a type of addiction in which one depends on physical substances or chemicals like alcohol, taboo.

Behavioural addiction
In this type of addiction, a person is addicted to a specific behaviour like shopping, Internet surfing.

- Shopping
